Verified that the peak memory is now displaying values for KB.

> For the "Peak Mem" column in the Query and Planning page, the value is displayed as 0 when the actual value is less than 1MB. We should display more granular value for this especially for smaller jobs; maybe display up to 2 or 3 digits after the decimal.
