According to the [W3C spec|http://www.w3.org/TR/file-system-api/#the-directoryreader-interface], DirectoryReader.readEntries should return Entries in blocks, eventually returning an empty list (once all Entries have been returned).

The current implementation simply returns the entire list of Entries each time it's called.
