Good point. There is no way this rule will be indicative of ham or spam. No
reason to bother with the S/O. Recommend it's commented.

i dont know yet, thats why i would like to se the S/O score first
it hits here on some mails, and its not hitting on ham

Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 and its relatives use PHP 5.4.16.
They're going to be supported for quite some time.
I suspect the real indicator of spamminess is more likely to be from the use of
a PHP-based mailer, not the PHP version used.
The rule might be worth a 0.1 score, but no way is a score of 3 justified.
