Henri Yandell commented on ROL-1278:

Did that work for you Pierre?

I just did an Oracle install and got past this point, but I'm using 10g as the db so not a true replication.

Regardless, recommend we wontfix this if we hear don't hear back in a week. Oracle 9i is a pile of crap.

> I installed the Roller 3.0 RC3
> I have a problem when I use Oracle Database. I have not problems with the script when I start for the first time the Roller and I when to register the first user (super user), I receive the following message :
> "I'm sorry, but the administrator of this site has turned off new user registrations."
> It's strange because I did nothing before this operation.
> I tried the installation with MySQL and PostgreSQL and for the both I had no problems and could use Roller normally.
> Thanks for your help
