Intermittent test case failure for AutoCommitTest.testMaxDocs

ant clean test -Dtestcase=AutoCommitTest -Dtestmethod=testMaxDocs
-Dtests.seed=50ccee7e682c1673:-5043acd3fdf2c09f:123d82991d063e29
-Dargs="-Dfile.encoding=MacRoman"


This is failing for at about a 40%-50% rate for me on a clean trunk.
Might be related to SOLR-2028?

Want me to re-open SOLR-2028, open a new JIRA or???

I'd make a new issue - I'd guess it needs some better timing numbers.

We have a better way to test this that we are using for anything involving soft commit, but the old auto commit tests have not yet been converted.

I was going to look at hardening the timing on this test somehow soon though - see if there was a quick fix.
