Unable to download attachment

Hi,

I have several problems reagrding downloading and uploading attachments in
my JS Wiki.

1. I get page 404 file does not exist when I try to download a file, but
everything else (page content) are displayed normally
2. in the attachment tab, a report showing a list of attachment has
disappeared.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
