SimpleServer not mentioned in RELEASE_NOTES for annotator package?
In section 3 of the release notes for the annotator package, it lists
the components included in the package, but it doesn't say anything
about the SimpleServer. Should it?

I agree with Adam. I don't want to hold up the
release now for this, if the incubator folks don't
mind. In general though, since the simple server
is in there, its Jira issues are listed, it should
be listed as one of the components in the package.

I'm okay with including SimpleServer with the annotator package for

I'm not sure, since the SimpleServer is no annotator components it doesn't really fit to the
annotator package. I think we have two choices, either we rename the whole package and update all
texts or we stay with the current one and do not mention it. The long term plan was to ship the
SimpleServer with a separate package.
