[GitHub] brooklyn-library pull request #87: Follow API changes in https://github.com/...

    You need to update `ChefLifecycleEffectorTasks`, `ChefPostgreSqlLifecycle` and `org.apache.brooklyn.entity.software.base.test.mysql.DynamicToyMySqlEntityBuilder.MySqlEntityInitializer` too. The latter is actually in `brooklyn-software-base`.
