Thanks [~markus.weimer], this is a good question - when the allocated evaluator event gets fired, information about the resource request is available. We will need to ensure that during this time, the allocation request id is present in the resource request whether or not it is used by the underlying Resource Manager. 

That being said, Yarn RM is the only resource manager currently that will use the value, which will be integrated in REEF-2052.
