Just enabled TOTP on Guacamole 1.4 and immediately found this irritating.

Initial connections to the Guacamole server always focus on the user field for input. Confirming the user credentials and prompting for the TOTP should do the same.

Guacamole 1.4 running on Rocky Linux 8 (up to date) with tomcat 9.0.63. Browser is Google Chrome

> In some cases I start typing the totp code and the input field doesn't have focus.
> So forcing an autofocus is more user friendly.
