Query bug in 1.2.1

hi all ,
 
I 've a problem with a query  in JackRabbit 1.2.1.
The query is : SELECT *  FROM nt:base WHERE jcr:path like
'"+node.getPath()+"/%' and it dosn't return any result.I tried also with the
xpath corrisponding query but the result was the same.
In 1.1.1 version they works but not in 1.2.1.
