   ## Documentation Scope
   Docker-compose installation guide on the website: https://devlake.apache.org/docs/QuickStart/DockerComposeSetup
   
   ## Describe the Change
   We should add a few lines to tell the user to build the env using `docker-compose up -d --build` in the event that they change branches, or pull new changes in. Otherwise, they'd be running stale code, or on partially new code (e.g. new config-ui, old devlake), which can lead to awkward errors and behaviors.
   
   ## Screenshots

   ## Additional context
   Encountered during troubleshooting session with @JoshuaPoddoku
