[GitHub] incubator-weex pull request #9: * [Android] Fix 1px border radius

* [Android] Fix 1px border radius
Due to hardware-acceleration & 750px viewport & sub-pixel, border-radius of [some page](http://dotwe.org/weex/421b9ad09fde51c0b49bb56b37fcf955) will not be rendered.
This commit try to fix the problem, using `Canvas.drawArc` instead of `Path.addArc` to skip hardware-acceleration behavior.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/YorkShen/incubator-weex android-bugfix-border-radius
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/pull/9.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
This closes #9
