Hi Ray

I followed the steps you mentioned above but both my qoh and atp were decremented, can you try again when you get a chance? Perhaps this issue has been resolved already.

Thanks
Scott

> Pick any standard product and take note of it's inventory levels using the catalog manager.
> Start the POS application and purchase a quantity of one for that product using any payment mechanism, cash being easiest and finish the sale.
> Go back to the catalog mananger and refresh the inventory view for that product. The ATP value has been decremented but the QOH has not! Looking in the order manager the order is complete.
> Maybe the lack of delivery/shipping address could be a factor in causing this issue?
> Commentaire de la part de Si Chen [11/mai/06 11:18 AM]
> Maybe. How about check the following for the order you just created:
> Are OrderItemShipGroupInvRes created? Shipment? ShipmentItem? ItemIssuance?
> Also look at the log: what services are called?

> Words of wisdom from David, in case you missed it:
> For the POS things will be a little bit different. When the ProductStore setting is immediately fulfilled is set to Y then no shipment is created, it just pulls the inventory and creates the invoice and such. I don't remember the exact code path, but it is a bit different.
