[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-9094) Request transfer of sigyn jail to new vm (Tapestry)

Bob Harner commented on INFRA-9094:

Gavin, not sure where to go next with this. Are you waiting for us? I think we're ready and just need you to provide the proxy setup.

If we have a choice, our preferred URL would be https://tapestry.apache.org/hotels ... or https://tapestry-vm.apache.org/hotels as a second choice.

Having both http and https URLs would be nice. The app is able to automatically jump from http to https when visiting a page that needs SSL. But if policy prevents this, we can live with it as 100% https.

We also have a second app that we'll want to deploy to the same infrastructure. Its servlet context would be /components and it also has password authentication. I assume I need to submit a separate request for that, but I wanted to give you some advanced warning in case you prefer to do both at the same time.

Thanks!

> As sigyn is being decommissioned, Tapestry requests a virtual machine to replace the project jail. This is used by the Tapestry "Hotel Booking" demo app. Thank you.
