HIVE-22099 replaced symlink

llap-server/src/main/resources/hive-webapps/llap/js/jquery.min.js -> service/src/resources/hive-webapps/static/js/jquery.min.js

with a physical file, whenever jQuery version gets upgraded, same changes needs to be done on both places
