Hi,

I open jmeter with a test of mine, and I edit it : when I save (Ctrl S) it does
not save the Workbench BUT only the element. 

Result : I've lot two tests. Gracefully, I've got backup...

This is working as designed.

The workbench is for temporary storage.

You can save the contents separately if required.
