[Issue 125735] New: Vlookup ignores trailing signs

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125735

          Issue ID: 125735
        Issue Type: DEFECT
           Summary: Vlookup ignores trailing signs
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: programming
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: josemoya@gmail.com

Screenshot with target and destination tables and formula

Using ES-ES (spanish) locale.

A named range contains grades like "b+" ("bien alto": very good), "r-"
("regular bajo": almost average) and so on.

I use "BuscarV" (spanish for VlookUP) to translate from simbols to numeric
grades and get an average.

But when a Cell contains "B+", grade for "B" is issued, despite of using
"ordered" parameter with value=0.

It seems that this issue affects only to "+", not to "-"

(Look at the attached screenshot).

I don't have enough space in disk to compile a dev version so I don't know if
4.2 is affected.

> special characters if regular expressions is enabled.
