My observation is that https is not working, and I still see
https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.html not reloading
https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.cgi .
https://ant.apache.org/ivy/download.cgi looks right; I'm not sure why the
static page isn't reloading the dynamic one in the https case.

Yes, I'm seeing expected behaviour for both http and https download static
pages are now correctly reloading the dynamic pages.
