Description:
Please pull the source code from the OpenNLP and Maxent repository to our
new ASF repository with some history.
All CLAs for the involved people are on file, expect for one, who signed a SGA.
The history can be pulled since the license was changed to AL 2.0.
Maxent:
The old repository is located here

History should be imported since tag "asl_start" to tag "asf_migration".
The attached maxent-dump.gz contains this history.
And placed inside
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/opennlp/tags/asf_migration/maxent/
OpenNLP Tools:

There is no tag for the license switch from LGPL to AL, either
