Deploying Custom Portlets
Hello all,
I am currently trying to execute a portlet that I wrote and deployed to the
Pluto portal. I have followed the steps of the mavenized approach and can
see my portlet's directory in tomcat_home/webapps after deployment. The
issue is, I can't run my code. The obvious thing to me is that it has
something to do with the portal's web.xml servlet-mapping configuration, but
I am not really certain about this. Ultimately, what I would like to do is
have http://localhost:8080/pluto/portal give me a listing of all the
portlets that have been deployed and a link to execute each of those
portlets. I would like for my setup to mimic Tomcat. Any assistance that
you could provide would be helpful. Thanks,
T
By the way, how in the heck are the web.xml files generated anyway?
