OK... I'll confess I tested against the latest trunk, rather than your
rc1 branch. I assumed most of the code that I tested is identical,
especially as I always deploy in production from my own build rather
than the distribution war.

Where I am at the moment it isn't practical to do a fresh checkout, so
I'm waiting to get decent internet access and a bit of spare time.

I hope this explanation helps by defining what I meant by "successful
test results".

Hi Brian,

thanks for looking + voting :-)

Here's my +1 as well

Anybody trying to use the staging repo, please mind that the ASF's Nexus is
currently having some problems [#1] which prevent
its use. Source and binaries still accesible at [#2], so voting may
continue.

Away from home, so I can't deploy it and verify with my production wiki.

However, all unit tests run successfully on:

ubuntu studio 14.04 LTS
Linux version 3.13.0-24-lowlatency i386
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea 2.4.7) (7u55-2.4.7-1ubuntu1)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)

Well done, and thanks for the hard work.

FWIW (from a non-voter), I downloaded and successfully built 2.10.1, then
installed
it on a server. I then installed:

  * the Neocortext wiki plugins
  * the Neocortext JsonPageProvider
  * 7 additional dependency jars (e.g., guava, joda-time).
  * various prototype skins (including CleanBlue)

All tests passed without incident and the wiki site appeared as normal.
Great job!

Hi,

a quick note: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7804 was solved
this morning, so the staging repo at
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachejspwiki-1001/is
accesible again
