ytex features confusion

I'm trying out the YTex AggregatePlaintextUMLSProcessor and have some
questions about what looks like a disagreement between the XML descriptor
file and the Wiki page at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/User%27s+Guide.

The Wiki page states that is uses SentenceAnnotator, but the XML file
doesn't have that. It does have a SentenceDetectorAnnotator. Is that the
same thing?

It also says that all the pipelines have an NamedEntityRegexAnnotator, but
I don't see that in the XML descriptor.

The wiki says that all the pipelines include the Ytex NegexAnnotator
instead of the cTAKES one. Instead the XML file has the standard cTAKES
NegationAnnotator and the standard AssertionAnnotator.

The MetaMapToCTakesAnnotator is also listed on the Wiki but missing from
the XML descriptor.

I think the description of the YTEXPipeline.xml file is wrong also. That
descriptor uses the Ytex AggregatePlaintextUMLSProcessor together with the
DBConsumer.

Could someone clarify if the XML descriptor file is setup correctly and the
Wiki just needs to be updated or if there is a problem with the XML
descriptor.

Thanks,

Dave
