[jira] [Commented] (JCLOUDS-213) Fix Softlayer support

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-213?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13865532#comment-13865532 ]

Alex Heneveld commented on JCLOUDS-213:
---------------------------------------

Looks like this was never applied to 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT so I have forward-ported it:

- to 1.7.x branch at https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/pull/247
- to master at https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/pull/248

There were a number of changes to fix conflicts and conform to the new `*Api` style but they were all trivial. I have confirmed the changes work and make it again possible to create SoftLayer instances (where in 1.7.0 without this patch and in master we would see errors related to virtual guests not being found).
