docs: correct two claims in the AI architecture notes

- The tool-output ceiling is documented as a difference between the live
  and persisted paths ("truncated to 32 KiB on the persisted side"), but
  AgentEventProjector applies the 32 KiB cut to both sides — its own
  javadoc says so. Moved the statement out of the "deliberately
  different" list and made it explicit.
- The checkstyle note said the style rules reject non-ASCII characters;
  the RegexpSingleline rule only matches CJK code points and fullwidth
  punctuation (its message is literally "Not allow chinese character !"),
  so Latin-extended text would pass. Say "Chinese characters" instead.
