[RESULT][VOTE] Release of Apache MRQL 0.9.6 incubating (RC1)

Hello,
This vote passes with the following four +1 votes from
MRQL PPMC members:

+1's : Leonidas Fegaras, Upa Gupta, Alan D. Cabrera, Edward J. Yoon

There were no -1 votes, and no 0 votes. Two of the votes (from Alan
D. Cabrera and Edward J. Yoon) are also binding IPMC votes. The next
step is to ask the Incubator PMC to vote to approve the release of the
MRQL 0.9.6-incubating artefacts.
I will ask for vote at general@incubator.apache.org tonight.
