Customize calendar
Afternoon,
I have users asking whether there is a way to customize the calendar that is display. I think they are getting this from Outlook where you can customize how much of the calendar is displayed based on the work week and day.
1) They would like me to limit the calendar to only display Monday - Friday
2) They would like me to limit the calendar to only display from 7am-6pm

I don't know exactly how to produce a patch, here are the minimal the
changes needed to replace "Timezone" column by "email" one :

The status of the user does not exist in the current attributes that are
send to the client.
The variable that you want is in the session object not in the user object.
The connectedSince attribute is okay to use, however, those variables are
in the session object available not in the user object that you will get
when you run the search on users.

I was unable to prepare a patch replacing "Timezone" column by "statue" one
because I can't find the variable which stock this information.
I searched in the public chat section (chatParticipants.lzx) but I only find the "connectedSince" attribute.

The issue with the invitation emails not beeing send when choosing "simple
email" should be solved with

The meetings in the my rooms section are the meetings of Today. Meaning
there can be past meetings and future meetings inside that box ... as long
as they are at the same day of the current user (according to the users
timezone).
I don't want to remove those meeting rooms, the meeting participants should
be able to access the room before and after the meeting, for example to
prepare documents they need for the meeting or to download conference
results after the meeting is done.
External users are limited to the time their invitation hash is valid. They
cannot access the room before or after, no need to "lock" the room.

Okay but this old meeting should be inaccessible when we try to enter it.
In old versions of OM these old meetings disappear from myrooms section.
Also informations about a meeting in the popup box become absent in the last
OM build.
You are doing a good work Sebastian, but there is really a lot of disfunction in the last build.

that seems to me like a wish, not a Bug or issue.

Replacing "Timezone" column in "Users search" interface with a most
important information = "statue" (connected / absent).:

Also I think it's very useful to generate the complete list of users until
entering "User Search" section.
And the title "User Search" can be replaced with "Users List" or "Contact
List" (which support of course search feature).

Not in all parts of this world Monday to Friday are workdays.
In Islamic countries often Thursday/Friday is the weekend.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workweek_and_weekend#Islamic_countries
Also it is not clear in all countries if the weekend is 1, 2 or 1,5 days
So if there would be such option "show only weekdays" there has to be
an option also to define which days are actually work days and which
are weekend.
Practically this ain't that difficult to implement but I don't think
it will be available with Version 2.0. If you need to fast I would
suggest you either look into the sources or hire somebody that does it
for you.

But then again I have not looked at source code, so maybe it is not as easy as that.

those modifications are not that difficult, however you need somebody that will do a customization for that for you cause this option is too specific. We cannot include that for everybody.

Afternoon,
I have users asking whether there is a way to customize the calendar that is display. I think they are getting this from Outlook where you can customize how much of the calendar is displayed based on the work week and day.
1) They would like me to limit the calendar to only display Monday - Friday
2) They would like me to limit the calendar to only display from 7am-6pm
