Contributing new tasks

Hi,

Sorry if this is covered in the manual somewhere but I've RTFM'd as much as
I can find and still no answer.

I have a bunch of tasks that I'd like to submit - the question is how?

Here is what was said in the past about contributing:

	Check this out.

	http://jakarta.apache.org/getinvolved/getinvolvedindex.html

	Submit your code (zipped) to this list with [PATCH] 
	at the start of the subject line. If this is a 
	modification of existing code, include the 
	cvs diff -u results in the message body so it can be 
	reviewed by the committers.
