[I] Add test coverage for recent openai component enhancements [camel-quarkus]

Some features were added to the openai component recently. We should add coverage here, primarily to check that they work in native mode.
**1. Test MCP tool integration / agentic loop for camel-openai**
The `camel-openai` component supports an agentic loop via `processNonStreamingAgentic()` where the producer detects tool calls in chat completion responses, executes them via MCP servers, and loops back to the model. Related configuration options include `mcpServer.*`, `autoToolExecution`, `maxToolIterations`, `mcpTimeout`, `mcpReconnect`, and `mcpProtocolVersions`.
**2. Audio transcription**

I don't think we need to cover all of the options. We just a test that exercises the core feature(s).

Hi @jamesnetherton, I'm planning to add tests for two areas: `tool call detection` (verifying the component correctly
surfaces tool call objects when finish_reason is "tool_calls") and `audio transcription` (sending an audio file and
verifying the transcribed text is returned). Both will include native mode IT classes and use WireMock stubs.
One thing to note — the full agentic loop with MCP server integration won't be covered, as it would require a running
MCP server which is difficult to set up in a mocked test environment. Would this level of coverage be sufficient, or
would you like me to explore other approaches before raising a PR?
