[~randgalt] I didn't include Jay because I could not find a JIRA id for him (as of last night). Jira ID and Apache ID are two different systems. 

Easiest would be for him to go create one, also note that you (as admin) can modify this at any point - e.g. add Jay after the jira project is created.
