There are many APIs like:
Partition add_partition(1:Partition new_part)
throws(1:InvalidObjectException o1, 2:AlreadyExistsException o2, 3:MetaException o3)
It would be very useful to create a new API which takes in a Context object (which internally contains a key, value pair) to add_partition.
Since thrift is stateless, this will let the clients pass the conf. or anything else they need in the thrift server.
