[users@httpd] Limiting bandwidth
Hello everybody, this is my first e-mail on this list.
I have apache installed on my home pc and I was wondering if I could
limit the badnwidth that it uses.
Example : Make apache use only 256 kbs of my 512 kbs internet connection.

It is currently running on windows but I am interested in a linux
solution too becouse I'm planning on migrating the server to linux.
