when feedback, please specify forrest version

When sending feedback or asking questions, please
specify the version of Forrest that you are using
0.6-dev or the old 0.5.1 (and if the latter then
whether binary or source).

We cannot read your mind and know what version
you are using.

Do 'forrest -projecthelp' to see the banner.
