## Summary of Changes
Hello, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request addresses a logic error where a conditional check for collected exceptions was incorrectly nested within a block, potentially causing premature or incorrect termination of the conversion process. By moving the check outside the inner block, the code now correctly evaluates the state of collected exceptions after the relevant processing step.
### Highlights
* **Code Structure Correction**: Adjusted the nesting level of the exception check block to ensure correct execution flow during TableRow to Storage API proto conversion.
🧠**New Feature in Public Preview:** You can now enable **Memory** to help **Gemini Code Assist** learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. **Click [here](https://codeassist.google/code-review/login) to enable Memory in your admin console.**

@Abacn This bug was the cause of the failed DataflowRunner tests. This codepath wasn't triggered on DirectRunner, but Dataflow forced a Coder roundtrip which changed the nested type, triggering this bug.
