Medic / Buildbot / cordova-medic

I have pushed the current state of the buildbot CI to the cordova-medic
repo.

The history generally makes sense and provides flow from the medic state in
April to the current state.

Those of you using the Buildbot/medic version - if you want to use this
repo you would need to either update your repos.json or grab the new one
from cordova-medic.
