Well I suppose it depends on what your similarity measure is, try leaving it blank. Not sure if it’s optional but I don’t every remember setting this.

I'd like to set it low enough to gaurantee output to confirm that my recommender actually worked structurally, and then start tightening it up.... But with 

--threshold=.00000001 i still get no results.
