Status of struts-examples

What is the current status of the combined struts-examples web app?

I see that the config file references a CustomActionForward class, but no
such class exists in CVS. Did the file not get added, or does the config
file need updating to not refer to it?

Also, there still seem to be pieces of the old apps around, but not enough
for them to build.

What still needs to happen before this is all in place, and we can put a
1.2.0 release together?

OK, I think everything is in synch now.

I'm going to make a final pass on the release notes tonight, and check the docs for references to the old apps, but otherwise, we should be good to go.

Do you want to set a new freeze date?

One other thing are the JavaDocs under legacy. We started doing this during the Stuts 1.0 / 1.1 march when there was a serious gap between the shipping version and development version. These have been unlinked from the website for some time now, and I think they can be removed. I'd like to go ahead and do this before the 1.2.0 release.
