[jira] Created: (OWB-432) Create Singleton Service SPI

Create Singleton Service SPI
----------------------------

                 Key: OWB-432
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OWB-432
             Project: OpenWebBeans
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Gurkan Erdogdu
            Assignee: Gurkan Erdogdu

Currently WebBeansFinder works with ClassLoaders. But some frameworks may use other ways to provide singleton instance. For example, OpenEJB may use deployment info for saving singletons.
