New Improvement in buildDefinition

I have added a new feature (CONTINUUM-2188) to version 1.4.0 (fixed in revision 773713). It establishes the policy for updating the project description in continuum database from buildfile information. There are three possible options:
- Always update the description when we built the project (Always - previous and default behavior of continuum )
- Never update the description when we built the project (Never)
- Only update the project description if BuildFile has been updated.

Note: I thought the description is formed by following fields : ProjectName, projectVersion and description (althought currently this field is editable from Continuum)

What do you think about it?
