"If-None-Match" is not currently supported by the PUT method, even though support is 
provided within the GET method.  If this support is added to 
org.apache.slide.webdav.method.PutMethod, then it will be possible to request a PUT 
without overwrite, since adding the header "If-Non-Match: *" will cause the precondition 
to fail if there is an existing resource.
