More Xalan-C v1.11 Documentation Fixes - Review Requested

MORE XALAN-C DOCUMENTATION FIXES

Many of the problem areas regarding Xalan-C Version 1.11
documentation have been fixed.  There are still some areas
that require review - especially the FAQ page.
