[MATLAB] Requesting “Contributor” Permissions for Lei Hou

Hello Team,

My name is Lei Hou. I’m a quality engineer of MathWorks. I start to work with the MATLAB I/O Team to provide QE support for the MATLAB submissions to the Apache Arrow project<https://github.com/apache/arrow>.

I just signed up in the Apache Arrow Jira<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW> with username leihou.
In order to be able to create related tasks and assign them to myself, could someone help me get the “Contributor” permissions on the Apache Arrow JIRA?

Let me know in case of more information is needed.
