There are apache 2.4 as backend and nginx 1.2 as frond end.
I had fiexed both problems 404 (by some reasons there was a mispelled the directory name after I test it) and content type. now all non exactly binary files (so all exept .tbz tgz etc) processed by apache. currently I do not see differences at headers from www.apache.org and from our server. (exept expiration felds) I think it will works perfect.
