[users@httpd] Change Number: 187328

Hi!

While uploading a file of size > 2 Mb I am getting
apache server error "Change Number: 187328".

I have a basic query.
I tried searching on net and all apache site for this
info (about#187328) but could not get info. So also ,
the bug report db does not have info about this. 

Could you please suggest where can I find info about
this error / change number? 

Error I got is mentioned below:
