Please update the BH web page

http://incubator.apache.org/bloodhound still mentions incubation. Should
be revised, IMO.

Apologies for the delay but I've finally gotten round to this today and
committed all changes with r1468144. We should now fully comply to the
guidelines below and the site now has a style more similar to that of
Bloodhound itself.

Guidelines: http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#websites
Updated site: http://bloodhound.apache.org/

Cheers,
Joe

Daniel kindly reminded me of

    http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#websites

Our site at http://bloodhound.apache.org does not comply with those
guidelines in several ways and needs further updates.

We have to create a DOAP file to find ourselves on that page. It's no
big deal, and there's no rush, IMO.

I made a few changes using my best judgement. Let me know if any other
tweaks are needed.

I was going to link to (1), but don't see us listed there yet, though there
are even some incubator projects listed there.
