[~rkanter] please review, added notes to FS action to point to distcp, though not sure how to point to future branch in twiki so ended up pointing to 4.3 docs. Is there a way to avoid hard-coding a version or perhaps point to trunk? I also added a note to distcp with an example of copying files within a cluster. In all fairness, there was a note but it is easy to miss. We should probably close this https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OOZIE-1304 as duplicate.
