Support for persistent services will likely require also supporting graceful task kill policy in Aurora. This feature has been added in Mesos 1.0 and lets frameworks supply a (potentially user controlled) kill policy in {{TaskInfo}}: https://github.com/apache/mesos/blame/master/include/mesos/mesos.proto#L388
