Please stop CC'ing dev and users

Hi folks,

I'm noticing a LOT of people CC'ing dev@ and users@ with questions.
Please, stop. This means everyone subscribed to users@ and dev@ gets two
copies of your email, and two copies of the replies from folks with
misconfigured email clients. 

If your question is about using CloudStack, please use the users@ list.
If it's about development, or you think you've found a bug, then go
ahead and use dev@ - but PLEASE stop CC'ing both.
