[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-631) implement documented max resource behaviour

Wilfred Spiegelenburg created YUNIKORN-631:
----------------------------------------------

Summary: implement documented max resource behaviour
                 Key: YUNIKORN-631
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-631
             Project: Apache YuniKorn
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core - common
            Reporter: Wilfred Spiegelenburg
            Assignee: Wilfred Spiegelenburg

In the documentation we state that an undefined resource type in the max queue setting is considered to be unlimited:

bq. Resources that are not specified in the list are not limited, for max resources, or guaranteed in the case of guaranteed resources.

This is not what is currently implemented.
