[jira] Created: (XAP-116) Widgets: popupMenu: Borders cause sub-popups to float incorrectly

Widgets: popupMenu: Borders cause sub-popups to float incorrectly
------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: XAP-116
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XAP-116
             Project: XAP
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Widgets
            Reporter: Matt Carbone

applying border styles to popupMenu will cause sub-popups to float too high relative to the menu item that it is branching away from.

To see this, run the popupMenu component test and set the border width to increasingly larger sizes
